Click "Analyze My Case". FinnAdvisor will read your situation and provide a detailed legal analysis with specific Finnish law references, your rights, and recommended next steps.

Is FinnAdvisor giving me legal advice?

No. FinnAdvisor provides general legal information, not legal advice. For binding legal advice on your specific case, consult a licensed lawyer (asianajaja) or legal aid (oikeusapu). FinnAdvisor is an AI tool, not a law firm.

How accurate is the legal information?

FinnAdvisor is built on Finnish law references including the Aliens Act (UlkL), Social Welfare Act, Employment Contracts Act, and KHO/KKO precedents. Always verify important information with official sources like migri.fi, kela.fi, or finlex.fi before taking action.

Is my information private and secure?

FinnAdvisor complies with EU GDPR. Case descriptions you enter are processed by AI to generate your analysis but are not stored permanently without your consent. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Can I use FinnAdvisor for asylum or refugee cases?

Yes. FinnAdvisor has a dedicated Asylum & Refugee case type covering international protection, negative Migri decisions, administrative court appeals, and EU asylum law. It supports Somali, Arabic, and Persian for asylum seekers.

What documents can FinnAdvisor generate?

FinnAdvisor generates: Oikaisuvaatimus (correction requests), Valituskirjelmä (appeal letters to HAO), Vahingonkorvausvaatimus (compensation claims), formal complaints to Kela/DVV/TE/Vero, and legal letters to employers and landlords.

How is AI Search different from Google?

Unlike Google which returns links, FinnAdvisor AI Search reads and analyses your question in the context of Finnish law. It identifies the relevant Finnish authority and provides a structured answer with applicable laws, official source links, and next steps — in your language.

How does Legal Search work?

Legal Search is split into two tabs: "Finnish Laws & Court Decisions" (available in Finnish, Swedish, and English) and "EU Laws & ECHR Decisions" (English only). Each tab lets you search, filter by category, and browse with pagination. Finnish laws cover acts like UlkL, KotoutumisL, and YVL with linked KHO/KKO court decisions. EU laws cover directives, regulations, and ECHR case law.
