An independent service for people dealing with Finnish authorities. Not affiliated with Migri, Kela, DVV, or any government body.
What we store
Only your email, a monthly usage count, and a session token — kept in the EU (Frankfurt) region. Nothing more.
What we never store
No passwords, no payment card numbers, no location data, and no case content kept against your account.
How the AI works
Analysis is generated by Anthropic Claude. Your case text is processed momentarily, not stored, and never used to train models.
How long we keep data
Session data: 30 days. Usage counters: 60 days. Email & account: until you ask us to delete it.
Your GDPR rights
Access, correct, export, or delete your data anytime. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.
Security
Encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), passwordless sign-in, HttpOnly cookies, and EU data residency.
