23 October 2026 — The free analysis: one every 7 days

One free analysis per account every 7 days: the next free analysis is possible 7 days after the previous one. The free analysis no longer expires 30 days after the account is created.
At most one free analysis can be started from one network in 7 days, whichever accounts are used (was 3 in 24 hours).
When the free analysis is used, the Analyze step and the refusal line say when the next one is possible.
Terms of Service §4 and Privacy Policy §8 updated accordingly.

The free analysis is now a short analysis. It always shows the case summary, the appeal forum with its first step and the deadline; of the analysis itself the first 2 paragraphs, and of the recommended actions the first 3, each as a title and one line. The server sends nothing more to a free case.
The full analysis, all actions with their documents, drafts, exports, the case chat, case updates and the case timeline are part of Guided, bought for one case. Under each locked item one line says so, with the link to buy Guided for the case (Terms § 4).
A free case stays in your browser only. When you buy Guided for it, its full analysis is produced under Guided.

Remove names, personal identity codes and addresses before you send a case: the app now says so where a case starts, and the Terms (§ 8) ask it of you.
A draft appeal or letter is a draft only: a lawyer or a public legal aid office must review it before use (Terms § 10), and every draft and export says so.
Organisation seats: the terms for a business that buys seats for the people it works with (Terms § 7b).
Feedback and refund requests are kept 12 months after they are closed, or less if you delete your account (Privacy Policy § 8).
Transfers to Google, Stripe and Resend are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as fallback (Privacy Policy § 7).
