Summary of Key Terms
1. AI analysis — not legal advice. Results are generated by an AI system (Anthropic Claude) and provide general legal information only. They do not constitute legal advice. Always consult a qualified Finnish lawyer for advice on your specific situation.
2. No representation or guarantee. FinnAdvisor cannot appear on your behalf, represent you before authorities, or guarantee any outcome. Do not rely solely on AI-generated analysis for important legal decisions — deadlines, appeals, and case strategy must be verified with a professional.
3. Your responsibility. You are responsible for verifying all information, meeting deadlines, and seeking professional advice when needed. FinnAdvisor's liability is limited to the maximum of your last 3 months of fees or 50 €.
4. Plans and payments. One case analysis is free, within 30 days of creating your account. Guided is a subscription for one case: 59 € for the first 3 months — 29 € for the case pack, delivered as soon as your case’s analysis is ready, and 30 € for 3 months of follow-up at the introductory price of 10 € a month — then 15 € a month, renewed automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. You can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. If you asked the service to start within that period and then withdraw, the case pack is charged in full if it was delivered before your withdrawal, and the follow-up is charged by the day.
5. Your personal data. Your case is processed for us by Anthropic's Claude model on Google Cloud (Vertex AI), in the European Union. It is saved to your account automatically when you buy Guided for it. FinnAdvisor encrypts the case text before storing it and keeps it until you delete it; while a Guided subscription of yours is running or the period you have paid for has not ended, it is not deleted for inactivity, and after that it is deleted 6 months after your last sign-in or, if later, the end of your last paid period, with an email a month before. Without saving, only an encrypted copy of the analysis is kept, for 24 hours. A copy is also kept in your browser on this device and is removed when you delete the case or your account, not when you sign out. Sensitive information is processed only with your separate consent, and information about criminal offences cannot be analysed. You have full GDPR rights including access, deletion, and objection. 6. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by Finnish law. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply where they give you greater protection. You may bring a dispute before Finnish courts or the courts of your EU country of residence. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
